Refund and Cancellation Policy for Webinars
1. Introduction
Welcome to Houseentry.com. This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to the webinars conducted by us. By registering for our webinars, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
2. Registration Fee
The registration fee for attending our webinars is ₹199. This fee is non-refundable, except under the conditions specified in this Policy.
3. Cancellation by the Participant
If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar time. Cancellation requests can be sent via email to support@houseentry.com. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the webinar.
4. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the webinar for any reason, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance. You will be provided with a full refund of the registration fee, or the option to attend a rescheduled webinar at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:
Cancellation of the webinar by us.
Technical issues preventing access to the webinar (which are not due to your internet connection or personal devices).
Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted within 7 days of the webinar date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. No Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
No-shows or failure to attend the webinar.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled webinar.
Technical issues due to the participant’s own internet connection or devices.
7. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the Policy periodically.
